Jesus said, “My peace I give you.” That means the peace we’re looking for isn’t found in having everything figured out. It’s found in knowing who is holding everything together. So today, I’m choosing to release what I can’t control and trust the One who can.

The details matter. The discipline matters. The work you put in when nobody is watching matters.

Great players aren’t created overnight. They’re built one intentional day at a time.

10/10 would recommend just to watch my friend run her first marathon all over again :) so have a movie quote too:

“don’t you love New York in the fall? it makes me wanna buy school supplies.”

My first (world major) marathon!!!! From Staten Island to Manhattan, the NYC Marathon was electric & truly something special. The crowds, the energy, the emotion — one of the best days of my life.

None of this was possible without God, my family, my friends who flew to NYC to support me & the friends back at home. The hills & miles 15-19 humbled me, but knowing my loved ones were behind me every step of the way carried me through. On to the next race! 🕺🏻

Ps I’m never going to shutup about this

Proverbs 3:5 teaches us to let go and let God. It’s a daily reminder to put full confidence in His wisdom instead of our own. When we truly trust God, we stop trying to control every outcome and start walking by faith knowing He’s guiding every step toward His divine purpose.

When God has you in isolation, embrace it. You’re not being abandoned, you’re being transformed. He’s pruning away the things that can’t go with you into your next season, shaping you for greater purpose. Jesus said in John 15:2, “Every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” Isolation isn’t punishment—it’s preparation. Trust the process, lean into Him, and know that you are being made new for what He has already planned for you.
