A nice lil #fbf with the fit crew. Miss these days with the family. What times with great people. Would crush Switch and go right to tequila time. Tons of laughs and great people!

FitFam reunion soon. Clang. Bang. Tequila.

“Let the enthusiasm and energy of your group be your fuel.” 🔥
_
I always love working out with others! 👯‍♀️
_
Whether it’s a workout class or meeting up with friends for a jog, exercising with a group can be a great way to keep yourself motivated. The energy is contagious!
_
Here are a few great ways you can find your exercise squad:
🏃‍♀️ Join a group class at your gym. I love yoga, barre, zumba and pilates!
🏃‍♀️ Search local facebook groups for walking, jogging or running clubs
🏃‍♀️ Ask some friends to join in a weekly workout/ morning run
🏃‍♀️ Go with a friend to their fave group class
🏃‍♀️ Try a FUN new group class! I’m loving @barrys @switchplaygroundnyc & @doyourumble
_
Do you prefer to workout alone or with other people?

Before we officially bid farewell to idk tonight, we wanted to take a look back at some of our favorite moments. From takeovers to date nights with our couple critics, we have so much fun sharing the best of NYC with you (maybe a little too much fun 😅). Here’s to many more laughs and great memories for years to come. 🥂 ⠀
