One goal. Two coaches. Double the experience. 💪🏽💪🏽

It wasn’t until we both started working with a coach that we truly saw the gaps in our training, nutrition, and overall approach. Once we had the right guidance, everything began to improve—not only how we looked, but how we trained and understood our bodies.

That experience taught us the value of proper coaching, accountability, and having someone recognize what you may not see on your own.

Now we’re combining everything we’ve learned to give our clients something unique: two coaches, two perspectives, and one personalized plan designed around you.

We became better because we were willing to be coached. Now we’re ready to help you do the same.

DM us “SWOLEMATES” to get started.

Fortune cookies never lie…. August 2 2025 coming off stage at the Tampa pro. I got this fortune and stuck it on my mirror. We made that shit happen.

June 1st 2026 - my first overall as a coach since 2021.

June 20th 2026 - my best look to date at the @chzldclassicpro and receiving all the love and support from my new coach @j_jacoby32 and his team.

June 27th 2026 - handing out the bodybuilding overall at the @npcifbb_stpetepro for the 2nd year in a row as the first ever bodybuilding overall winner from 2024.

June 30th 2026 - Jupiter enters Leo ♌️ and I sign with @dragonpharma_llc 🐉🐲

And many more great memories in between on this June photo dump.

Congrats to my clients who competed this past weekend!

@putct Susan got her feedback from the week prior after winning the women’s physique overall to come in tighter for the Mid florida classic and we did! Super proud of her for nailing a second peak in a row with a much improved look.

@swolermates Ryan took First place in men’s physique Novice and won the novice overall in his second show ever at the DC pro/AM with a much improved package from the week prior.

Time for both of these hard working athletes to start their improvement and put on some size! Already have our game plan set and sights set on a few shows for next year!

Honored to be your coach and feeling so fulfilled with our work together!

Huge shoutout to our guy Ryan for absolutely crushing his first TWO bodybuilding shows ever and bringing home 8 medals! 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

Success like this doesn’t happen by accident. Ryan has put in countless hours in the gym, stayed locked in on his nutrition, and remained committed to every step of the process. One thing we’ve loved seeing throughout his prep was his consistency with coming into 5 Star for regular InBody scans, making sure he had accurate data to track progress and make adjustments along the way.

His dedication, discipline, and willingness to trust the process paid off in a big way. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for him.

Drop a 🔥 in the comments and help us congratulate Ryan on an incredible start to his bodybuilding journey!

Fulfilled is an understatement.

Congrats to my clients
Susan @putct who competed in her first show winning the overall in women’s physique open, masters and novice classes. The look she brought and how happy she was is the real trophy for me. She has worked with me for over a year for this moment to bring her best to the stage and we did that. Now time for round 2 this weekend to bring her in even better before she takes an offseason and goes into support mode for her husband John @johnputna who will be competing in November and I can’t wait!

Congrats to Ryan @swolermates who competed in his first show placing top 2 in novice classes in classic and men’s physique. Round 2 in DC this weekend to polish the men’s physique look and so he can enjoy another show but with his family there to support and cheer him on before we go Into offseason and capitalize on his potential in this sport.

Proud of you both for all the obstacles overcame in this prep to make it to the stage and crush it for your first time.

A few @fitbodyfusion client transformations.

Ryan is 6 pounds down from when he started with me in October, we spent most of this time recomping and he’s now 8 weeks out from his first show. @swolermates

Cody is deep into his offseason and 20 pounds up since starting with me in December right after his last show. About halfway through his push phase with plenty more to go. Will plan on hitting a show late this year. @lucy_n_desi23

Dhaval is also 20 pounds up since starting with me mid last year and also planning to hit his first show later in the year. @tisdhaval

Very impressed with the growth these guys have made while holding decent conditioning. Good work gentleman!
