Vashon! Thanks for supporting Voice of Vashon for 27 years- my first as GM of this small but oh so mighty station. We’re up to all kinds of awesome things as fall rolls in. Soon-to-be announced new concert series. Partnerships with schools, community forums at the library, state of the art sound & video technology & so much more. Community alerts about weather & bridges. Who’s playing what where when. Celebrating our underwriters and having conversation with local business owners (in this case whilst fine tuning pinball wizardry :) and non- profit organizations about how we can help spread the word. If you’d like to learn how to become producer of your very own show, email info@. We’re here to teach you all you need to know. If you’re not already a newsletter subscriber, sign up to be in the know about ferries road & weather and so much more. Tune in 💫 #vashon #locallove #localmedia #tunein #vov 📡

Tonight from 6–8 pm at Wine Shop Vashon, enjoy a cozy Irish‑inspired evening with cabbage, yellow onions and smoky kielbasa, roasted jo‑jo potato spears, and house‑baked soda breads (currants + marmalade, and caraway), served alongside our regular menu. Settle in for Gaelic magic, wine and yes we have Guiness. We will be decorating horseshoes for good luck, post lunar‑eclipse glow with forged iron, rowan, and candlelight traditions. A portion of proceeds supports the Vashon Food Bank—come share good food, good company and good luck.
