2025 to me was about proving people wrong.

In 2024 after 3 years of rejection I had the opportunity to direct my first film. I had the opportunity to work with @___andries @y.mish @sweetlikemadu @kentaf_ @khairafi @nowayroze @sya__nai @dian__alicia @prana_warman @rafisjoekri @sabilaelfath @samsriajahhh to create a silent long take film as my directorial debut. The goal was to treat the camera as a pov of the location where the location becomes a character.

Jujur, I was pretty pessimistic about this film because I don’t know whether people will love it or not or not knowing which festivals I should submit to. Until I decided to submit it to @jakartaworldcinema KlikFilm Short a movie Competition and got accepted.

During the release, I was so nervous because I was so scared of how people are going to react towards this film. But thanks to these amazing human beings @adityamn971 from @movreview and @searchfordaffa from @sipalingfilm and many more for the positive reviews, it made me feel so overwhelmed with the love given to this film and it made me want to make more films in the future. For those who also don’t like the movie, thank you for your time watching this movie and I hope the next one will be better ❤️

Tentunya I would like to thank @danieldokter for giving us the opportunity to exhibit our film during Jakarta World Cinema. It truly means a lot🙏🏻❤️

To the cast and crews, I’d like to thank you all for the time, heart you guys put in this film and the support given to this film. You guys made my dream come true. I know It’s a small step but Let’s make more films again!!! I hope you guys have a wonderful 2026❤️
