Some spaces you walk into and just feel it. NRVNA Studio’s grand opening is here, and the stone is a big part of why.

The front desk is Cristallo Mist. The accent wall is Crystal Ivory in a honed finish, soft and quiet, no glare, all texture. Fabricated start to finish by @konastone.

Congratulations to @syaranehls and @nrvnastudios on a beautiful opening. Come move, breathe, and take it in.

📍 @nrvnastudios in Los Alamitos, CA. They offer both reformer and heated Pilates, plus amenities like a cold plunge and sauna such a plus.

I took Sculpt 95 Mat with Sam,it’s a heated class it got up to around 90°, class was amazing 10/10 so yes, I definitely worked up a sweat 🥵

Sam was an amazing hands-on instructor, which I really appreciate. I love instructors who walk around and check your form because I want to make sure I’m doing the movements correctly and safely. She provided modifications throughout the class and continuously reminded us to listen to our bodies and go at our own pace.

Bring - Mat towel, Grip socks, water

Intro offers: 2 classes for $35 or 1 unlimited week for $59

The staff was also so sweet and welcoming. Overall, I had such a great experience and would definitely be coming back 🫶🏼💓✨ @syaranehls @nrvnastudios They offer both reformer and heated Pilates, plus amenities like a cold plunge and sauna which is such a plus.
