Happy 20th Birthday to my firstborn 💙🎉

20 years ago I became your mom…. scared, young, unsure of myself, and trying to figure out life one step at a time. Being a teen mom wasn’t easy, and I won’t pretend it was. I worried constantly about doing things right, about being enough for you, about giving you the life you deserved.

But from the moment I held you, everything started to make sense.

You gave my life purpose. You gave me strength I didn’t know I had. You pushed me to grow up, work harder, dream bigger, and never give up. Every choice I made after you was with you in mind.

And look at you now…
Strong. Kind. Respectful. Driven.
Serving your country and making me prouder than words could ever express.

Watching you become the man you are today has been the greatest honor of my life. I am so proud of your heart, your character, your work ethic, and the way you carry yourself. You inspire me every single day.

Thank you for choosing me to be your mom. Thank you for changing my life for the better. Thank you for making me believe in myself when I was still learning who I was.
