Had the most incredible time in Chicago hosting a shakeout run with @drinkstormenergy and @ambitionrequiredrunning ! ❤️

Quick side note: HOW FREAKING BEAUTIFUL IS CHICAGO!?!? I’ll be back to jump in the lake 😌

There’s nothing quite like the energy of marathon weekend and bringing people together through movement. So grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many amazing people.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, brought the energy, and made this morning so special!!

Chicago, you were amazing! So excited for the NYC Marathon in a couple weeks 🫶🗽🚕

A surprise engagement for the ages! Kennan asked Doug and I (and her sister and her brother and her grandparents and her cousin) for her hand. Julia was nearly impossible to surprise after grilling us ALL but, with tremendous help from her 4 besties, sister, and cousin, this young man pulled off such a happy surprise! He proposed on the beach, he included our family, and he made it happen in our very favorite place. I am so happy for Julia to have found true love and to welcome Kennan into our family. Congratulations! So excited to celebrate these two!!

Fitness Hot Take: Fitness isn’t a hobby. It’s something everyone should be doing to take care of themselves everyday.

Agree. It doesn’t need to be a hobby, part of your personality, or even enjoyable - just do it.
