Meet Syd - Reformer Instructor (STOTT Pilates Qualified) and social media manager for The Forme

‘I’m currently training at The Urdang Academy in London, studying for a BA in Musical Theatre, where movement is at the heart of everything I do.

Alongside performing, I have completed my STOTT Pilates Reformer Instructor training, combining a love of fitness, precision and helping people move with confidence.

Whether I’m on stage or in the studio, I believe movement should feel empowering, enjoyable and provide a space to switch off from the outside world, clear your mind and reconnect with yourself.’
