In November I made 1 full year of consistency in the gym and I am so proud of myself. I put myself out there and tried something new…and it hurt lol. The improvements I’ve experienced physically but especially mentally and emotionally have been priceless.

I would be remiss in not mentioning the care, support and training I received from @ohanabella I really lucked up on finding an amazing trainer immediately out the gates. She is kind, motivating and you can’t help but to feel like she’s a friend.

Also my gym community has been super dope. When I see them on the schedule for the day, I get excited to go. Yall have helped make this last year so full for me 💕🥹
