Celebrating 85 beautiful years of my mom! ❤️🎂 I feel incredibly lucky to have had my daughter and my niece by my side, making this special day even more meaningful. Three generations of love, laughter, and memories that I will cherish forever.

My nighttime routine has become non-negotiable.

🛌 Red light therapy mask.
💊 Magnesium.
📵 Phone down.
😴 Prioritizing sleep.

You don’t build muscle during your workout… you build it when you recover.

If you’re constantly exhausted, sore, stressed, or struggling to make progress, don’t just ask yourself how hard you’re training.

Ask yourself:
How well are you recovering?

Challenge for my Beasts tonight:
✔️ Take your magnesium.
✔️ Put your phone away 30 minutes before bed.
✔️ Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep.

Tomorrow’s workout starts with tonight’s bedtime routine. 💪🖤

Halfway through the week… how are you showing up as the person you’re becoming?
Don’t worry about whether you’ve been perfect. Ask yourself:
Did my choices reflect the identity I’m building?
Every meal, every workout, every decision is a vote for the future version of you. Keep casting votes for that person.👊

CrossFit doesn’t have a starting requirement.

Whether you’re walking into a gym for the very first time or you’ve been training for years, there’s a place for you here.
Inside these four walls, it’s not about being the strongest or the fastest, it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and becoming a little better than yesterday.

Your only competition is the person you were yesterday.
So... what’s stopping you?

I’d like to formally state that this video is a work of fiction.
Any resemblance to actual CrossFit athletes, coaches, or the person currently in the bathroom while the clock starts... is purely coincidental. 😉❤️

On Memorial Day, we come together to suffer a little on purpose — to sweat, push, and grind side by side — in honor of those who gave everything for something bigger than themselves. 🇺🇸 Murph is more than a workout. It’s remembrance, gratitude, and respect earned rep by rep.
