This week’s Favorite Verse Friday highlights our Wellness & Care Leaders, Judy, Carlee, and Sydney, from Women’s Lacrosse! ✟

Their role centers on something deeply important to our community — caring for the spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being of our athletes.

Our Wellness & Care team helps create a space where athletes feel supported, encouraged, and reminded that their identity is rooted in something greater than sport. Whether it’s checking in with teammates, offering prayer, providing support and resources for mental health needs, or simply being present, they help cultivate a culture where people feel seen, valued, and cared for.
