POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Spent the past 7 weeks in Colorado & it will never be enough! So here’s 7 things I learned (& a lot of pics ofc) to try and give this summer the love it deserves -

1. @morgankirchner_ & her family are literally the best hosts ever
2. I missed @kkristenhorner way too much
3. Climbing mountains is way better than a stairmaster
4. Investing in experiences is worth so much more than material things
5. The presence of God feels so much more tangible when you slow down enough to sit in His creation
6. Moving your body is such a gift and I’m so grateful I get to help people do that for the rest of my life (best career choice ever)
7. & lastly I never want to be that far away from @mcashion1 again please & thank you!

So thankful for this experience & all of the people who made it feel like a home away from home! 2/4 clinical rotations DONE!!! 🤗❤️🎉

Dear 2025,

You were one of the hardest years of my life. You forced me to slow down when I didn’t want to, to walk away from school and choose my mental health when I felt lost and unsure. You brought new beginnings: starting a job, stepping into PTA school, and learning how to balance responsibilities I never thought I’d carry all at once.

You also brought love into my life in a way I didn’t expect, and with it, growth, patience, and healing. At the same time, you asked me to face my mental health head on something that at times completely took over my life and challenged me in ways I never imagined.

You weren’t easy. You were heavy, uncomfortable, and overwhelming. But you taught me resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of choosing myself even when it was hard. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a single part of you. Every struggle shaped me, every pause mattered, and every lesson pushed me closer to who I’m becoming. Thank you for changing me for the better.

On a serious note, I wouldn’t have made it this far without my wonderful support system of my family, friends, coworkers and classmates. I love you all, you mean the world to me💕

what, like it’s hard??

loll wish that were true. but what a gift it is to be challenged every day in pursuit of what the Lord has called me to! His power made perfect in my weakness - the past year has been such a testament to that. one step closer to a DPT & got to celebrate with all of the people who have carried me along the way. God, you have been oh so good to me. back to studying now! 💌
