This summer, we didn't just train athletes, we built complete athletes💥
@eliteathletedevelopment

Our training focused on what matters most for peak performance:
💥 Explosive power
🦵 Lower-body strength
💪 Upper-body strength
🏃 Speed + sprint mechanics
⚡ Agility + change of direction
🧘 Hip strength + mobility
🔥 Core strength + stability

Every athlete has different needs, but the goal stays the same: get stronger, faster, more powerful, and better prepared to perform😤

Explosive athletes aren't built by lifting heavy alone.

To improve speed, jumping ability, and on-field explosiveness, you need to train explosive strength, medicine ball power, and plyometrics with intent!

These are some of the methods we use to train our athletes to become faster, more powerful, and more explosive.

Train for performance😤
