this post is a little different from my regular posts. recently i’ve lost my wonderful grandmother. she is everything to me! 🩵

since her passing, i’ve noticed her in little parts of who i am. in the second photo, you can see her with a camera around her neck! that camera was carried EVERYWHERE she went!! 📸 she would take photos of everything and everyone—that camera was the way she saw the world.

and i wonder where i get this passion of photography from?!

i miss her so incredibly much. to honor her, i want to share my regular photo shoots but also little things i capture on my phone or things i find beautiful. so you can see the world through my lens🫶🏼 #throughmylens

Can’t believe I graduated 😭 even though i graduated a year early I’m so happy I took that opportunity. Tooele wasn’t the best place to go to but it gave me so many learning opportunities. I know many people were cheering me on either through streaming, video call, in person, or in heaven. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to a chapter that has created who I am today. Thank you everyone for the amazing support!!!

2024 in a collage:
WARNING: if I didn’t tag you it’s because I either tagged you in my December post OR because I ran out of tags cause I only get 20 :(
Now I know I JUST made a post but with the end of December also comes the end of the year, and so I think a double post is warranted.
This year I met SO many wonderful, amazing people. Some of you aren’t pictured and honestly I could fill the whole caption with the people not in the pictures but I feel like I have some stuff to say.
I met some of my best friends this year, some of the greatest people I’ve ever met in my entire life, from the CCU group, to the Night Games group, to the Ward Family, to all the other miscellaneous people I met.
I feel like this year I truly began to learn who I am, I began to truly see the parts of me that I always thought were bad as things I could work on, things I could overcome.
Things in my life flipped this year, I feel more confident, I feel more… me?
Having people that surround me with positive light is so nice, I feel like I’ve always been so toxic to myself because I could never let things go, I could never look through the darkness to see myself in the light. But now I see that no matter my flaws, what matters is that I’m trying to be the best that I can be. God will guide my steps, He will guide my hands, my heart, my mind, everything. He is here in every moment of my life, and I can’t believe how my life has changed with focusing on Christ and his role in my life.
I love you all ❤️ I genuinely can’t wait to make more memories and slowly but surely become a better person.
Christ lights the world, let his light shine through you:)
Also shout out Chelsea King, the best music artist of all time 😎💅
