This year has been one of the most challenging, emotional, and unforgettable years of my life. It’s impossible to put into words everything it has meant to me.

I’ve met people who have changed my life in ways they probably don’t even realize. Some became close friends from the very beginning, some came into my life later than I wish they had, and some became so much more than friends—they became family.

We’ve shared adventures, late-night conversations, road trips, celebrations, homesickness, laughter, and moments I’ll carry with me forever. Through every high and every low, these are the people who made this year what it was.

It’s strange knowing this chapter is over. I have officially gotten back to Norway, but a part of my heart will always be back in the states. If I could somehow combine these two lives into one, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second.

Looking back through my camera roll reminded me just how much can happen in a single year. Every photo tells a story, and every memory deserves to be remembered. I wish I could share them all, but these are just a few of my favorites that I haven’t posted yet.

Thank you to every single person who was part of this journey. Whether we spent months together or only crossed paths for a short time, you helped shape one of the most meaningful year of my life. I’ll always be grateful for you. I will be back, maybe sooner than some of you expect ❤️
