POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
It’s kind of funny, I’m only coming out now publicly, yet for a good few months I’ve been living as Willow in my friend groups, and with my dad and some close family members.
Some of you are featured in those photos, some of you might just be tagged, but I mean this from the bottom of my heart
Thank you. Thank you so much. The support and love and compassion I have received from my friends after coming out to them was absolutely invaluable, and as I’ve said before,
I couldn’t do this without you all.
You mean the world to me.
All of you.
.
I’ll try to not go on too much longer.
Now that I’ve come out, I respectfully ask that you don’t call me any name you knew me as before, but by Willow.
And not using male pronouns, but female ones.
Again if you’re confused that’s okay, you can ask me any questions you may have, I won’t judge.

Being a trans person can be scary. Part of why it took me so long to realise, was because I knew it would be hard, and I didn’t want to accept it.
But the result of refusing to accept it was infinitely worse than any backlash I might get right now, or for the rest of my life.
I have been friends and acquaintances with trans people for a good few years, and seeing their struggles second hand I think gave me a fear of ever even entertaining the thought that I might also be trans.
But I’m here now,
And as scared and nervous as I am,
I feel so much more free.
And I’m ready to start living as myself, it’s about time.
.
If you’ve read this far I really appreciate it, if means a lot.
