Pitching Mechanics Progression. A simple series we followed at the last SP Pitching Camp to hekp players feel and explore different components of their delivery.

1️⃣Half Kneeling - emphasis top half and trunk extension

2️⃣ Pre-Set Rocker - feel a firm front side

3️⃣ Kick & Ride - start after the leg kick and hold the tension in the back leg before letting it explode!!! 💥

4️⃣ Long Toss with a Hop - overload the backleg to make finding stability a challenge and throw over a greater distance

5️⃣ Bullpen - put it all together 🎯

Let us know which is your favourite and what drills you'll be incorporating into your routines in the New Year.
