I wouldn’t train at @hypegym_ unless you wanted to be part of Tassie’s premier gym, surrounded by a phenomenal group of people 😉

What a BIG Sunday Run Day 🏃‍♂️ 👏

We had lot's of first-timers and plenty of the regulars come along today 🥰

Even though it was one of the first cool mornings 🥶 we quickly warmed up 🥵

The sunshine 🌞 met us at the markets and we all enjoyed toasties, coffee and catching up at the @farmgatemarket

Don't forget to check out the amazing new Tasmanian honey @beeyumi_

Thank you all for a beautiful morning!

See you all next Sunday 😇

Another beautiful Sunday Run in the sun 🌞 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

Today, we all ran from Angie Sue's in Lauderdale ✔️

It was a perfect morning for a run/stroll and a lovely bite or coffee afterwards ☕️

We got to welcome some new arrivals into Tasmania and built new connections 👏

Run club is a great way to meet people and strengthen relationships 🤝

Thank you to everyone who joined us today! Can't wait for next Sunday to see you all 👋

YES THE CREW! 🙌

Thank you to all who came along to week 2 of run club 🏃🏃‍♀️

Today's session was all about focusing on our Zone 2 pace.

We started by having a chat about the importance of Z2 in building our running capacity.

💪 Why is Zone 2 so powerful!?

❤️ Builds aerobic base for your endurance engine
🍩 Improves fat burning
🧬 Increases mitochondrial density for better energy production
🫀 Strengthens the heart, lowering resting HR over time
🧠 Low stress on the nervous system means better recovery
🏃‍♀️ Makes faster runs feel easier over time

WARM UP

Stretches
Squats and lunges

SESSION

40 minutes focusing on keeping HR in Zone 2

COOL DOWN

Some sliced oranges 🍊 😘

A massive shout out to every single one of these humans competing in the melb @hyroxanz this weekend.
I have personally loved watching you all train, complain, switch on, and turn IT UP!!
I am dying on the inside that I'm not there in person to scream at you all and be there for you during the "hurt zone" when many of you were for me.
Just know I'm bloody yelling for you! This is exactly what you all want and deserve. This is what you've been looking forward to, and I can't WAIT to celebrate with you all back home 💥🔥🥂💪🏼
Your @hypegym_ fam is here watching and we are all SO DAMN PROUD!
Gooooooooooooo crew!!!
