One rider. One lap. Just the clock.

The Time Trial Superfinal was a solo run with no gate battle, no elbows, just pure speed. The fastest rider took the Hot Seat and waited to see if anyone could knock them off it.

Sarasota 2016, was the last World Cup Time Trial Superfinal before the format was dropped in 2017.

Sylvain André 🇫🇷 and Laura Smulders 🇳🇱 were the last to win it 🏆

The clock may be gone, but the speed is still here.
Sarasota, we’re coming back for you 👀

In 2016, Sarasota's BMX Track hosted the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup finale.
@csharrah24 won on home soil and took the overall title 🏆
@lauraasmulders won too and sealed the women’s crown 🥇

10 years later, the season comes down to Sarasota again.
And Laura heads there in the lead 🔥

Can she repeat history? 👀

Second week done and dusted here in China 🇨🇳

6th and a 1/2 this weekend. A bit frustrated to be honest but I’m happy to leave this trip with 3/4 mains, get some confidence back and mix it at the highest level and more importantly, be healthy !

Big thanks to everyone in my corner for all the support 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Can’t wait to see my little family now ❤️

🥇+🥉 for round 5&6 in Beijing, China 🇨🇳

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster of a week, from learning this challenging new track, to changing the schedule to race a day earlier than planned because of the forecasted weather, to winning my 30th (🤯) World Cup on Friday, struggling a bit on Saturday but getting onto the podium again! Long time since I’ve been on the podium both days! Super proud, happy to have a rest day tomorrow, then another new adventure begins on Monday, onto Chongli ! 🚌

Who’s your top pick for Round 5?

I think I’ll go for @lauraasmulders in the women’s class, but in the men’s I still can’t make up my mind between my classy picks: @rosscullenn_ , @sylvainandrebmx or @jorisdaudet33 … #bmxracing #bmxrace #bmx
