A few people know this one: “I’ve got your back.”

Sorry for spamming the grid, but I’ve had the most amazing week of my life and can’t help but be sentimental about the beautiful memories I’ve made in my time at Fordham. I’m very proud now to be a graduate, mostly because of the amazing community of people who made it feel like home for 4 years. I’m excited for a lot of good changes in this next stage of my life but what I hope doesn’t change much is getting to spend so much time with this amazing and endlessly kind group of people. For a while, I didn’t know if I deserved to be surrounded by company like this, but I’m glad we wound up in each other’s lives. We will be graduating into dark and uncertain times, but I couldn’t be happier to stumble and search for the light with them. Congratulations to my dearest friends and anyone I admired from a distance but never got to know — there are so many, and maybe we’ll cross paths one day.

maybe the real comedy show was the stove’s we made along the way.

For one final time (for me at least lol), I’d like to give a big thank you to both our wonderful performers and our loyal audience. We wouldn’t be able to make this happen without you all.

It has been such an awesome year of Stove’s. We played childish games. We fought to win. We scared you all with two Skibidi Toilet sketches. We forgot Thanksgiving existed. We bid farewell to Davin. We performed on the big screen. We had a fatal lover’s quarrel. We supported women. We stayed up 24 whole hours (for the fifth time). We stood up and rose from the dead. And now, after all this time, we’ve finally put on a comedy show.

What a year.

But before I’m frozen and sealed away in the secret G73 panel, I just wanted to say:

What an absolutely talented, kind, and all around amazing group of people; the future of stove’s is so bright it might even beat out those blinding lights in the student lounge. You all are gonna rock it, I just know it.

Also, a big round of applause to my fellow Eboard for making the magic happen this year.

And one more thing,

I’ve been writing these messages to you for the last 2 years. Anybody who’s taken the time to read them, I hope you got as good a chuckle out of them as every single person in the club has gotten out of me for the past 4 years now. Thank you Stove’s for platforming my craziness all this time and thanks to all of you for being here for the ride.
