• She is majoring in psych with a minor in pre-law! 🧠
• She joined CHAARG because she loves to be active + make new friends! She said the idea of trying new workouts together is something she loves + is so proud to be apart of! Also, she said: “I have also struggled with body dysmorphia for years + working out with girls ++ pushing each other to love ++ be the best, healthiest versions ourselves is so much more fun than being sad about your body ++ working out alone!” 🩵
• Her favorite workout has been Sumits Hot Yoga or CrossFit Aggregate! 🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
• Her favorite movement is running, biking or the stairmaster! 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️🪜
• Fun fact: She LOVES to travel + she’s been to 20+ countries! ✈️🌍
• Her favorite emojis are 🎀💌🌷
• Her current favorite song is Only Over You-2016 Remaster by Fleetwood Mac [playing now]! 🎧
