What are you reading this month? 📚

There’s just something about a cozy drink and a good book! ☕️

Our next door neighbor @symposiumbooks has all of our team’s favorite reads. Definitely worth stopping in before you settle down with your favorite beverage and pastry at Ellie’s. 🫶

Ok now we want to know, what are you reading this month? 👇 We can’t believe there’s just one week left of October! 😮

The goal of Tongue Tied Bookclub’s Bookstore Crawls aren’t just to bring readers together for an epic day of book shopping (although it’s a close second). It’s about supporting locally owned book stores. They are the ones who make the bookish space so magical whether it’s just a beautiful store, author events or other bookish events that truly bring the community together.

So whether you’re coming with us on November 14th or have your fingers crossed you get tickets for next years… we hope you take a moment and support the bookstores we are going to in Rhode Island.

Easy ways to support local: follow their socials and interact with posts, visit in person, order online or just tell a friend!

A huge Scruffy Paws THANK YOU to Heartleaf Books and Symposium Books for supporting our 6th Annual Scruffy Paws for the Cause: A Journey Around the World online silent auction! 🌎🐾

These amazing bookstores are helping us turn the page on fundraising and write a happier story for the cats and kittens who need us! 🐱📖

Because every great adventure deserves a good book… and every cat deserves a chance at a happily-ever-after! 💜🐈

Show these wonderful local businesses some love, and don’t forget to mark your calendars for November 6–8! You never know what treasures you’ll discover when you shop for a good cause. 🛍️📚
