How I pack my locker pack for training 🫡

I’m obsessed with this color and the variety of pockets makes it easy for me to find all the trinkets I bring on the hill 👌🏽

I’m sharing this one from three different parts of my life: as a former ski racer, a coach and now a mom.

My parents gave me so much to pursue ski racing, but they also let it belong to me. After years of coaching, I saw how much that balance matters. And now that I have kids, I understand how hard it can be to watch them struggle without stepping in.

I wrote about what coaches wish more ski racing parents knew, from the ride home after a tough race to giving kids room to take ownership of the sport. Parents do so much to make this experience possible. I hope this feels like support, not a list of things to get right. ❤️⛷️
