➡️vasárnap tehát pályafutásom harmadik Félmaratonján állhatok rajthoz (közben a következő küldetésre készülve🙈) jajj de izgi😍

akinek van kedve, jöjjön, és szurkoljon nekünk, hiszen több ezren fogunk végig szaladni Budapest szívében - nagyon jó futást kívánok mindenkinek🏃🏃‍♀️HAVE FUN!

Family, team, everything. Endless thanks to all my supporters, sponsors, technical staff, and everyone who was with me. It was an incredible atmosphere and effort. We are grateful to all the federation staff, referees, and volunteers who managed the whole process and ensured the competition was so wonderfully run. Knowing that I would be able to hug my loved ones no matter what happened at the finish line, knowing they were there for me, was so special. I felt all the positive energy. Thank you for being there.

Strong as marathoner 💜

another PB for this season, only 4 weeks after running 2:27 marathon in Copenhagen (this body is strong:)

it was a big challenge & strange for me to run on the track in spikes, definitely out of my comfort zone, but I've managed to do a strong race - 32:28 pb & another great feedback during the preparation for the next marathon(s). Glad I have such an amazing Coach & inspirational teammates by my side - bigger things are coming, but I'm already appreciating the results I'm putting on the table recently. This is the road to the dream and my choices are making it happen ✨️

A következő felvonás 🙈 (amikor edzőbá meglep egy pályaversennyel)

06.06., 🇩🇪 Stadtallendorf 10.000m
@the_lightning_10.000

Statistics behind my second marathon
2:27:28 PB - 42,195 km

7th female
1st non-african female
67 absolut / 22.463 people (marathons are a bit popular...😁)

It was much easier for me than 1st in Frankfurt.
I think, my body is adapting pretty well for the longer stuff. This time, I have left a lot in the tank, but it makes me hopeful for the future. ✨️

Next marathon planned at Europeans: @birmingham2026

Also, under the federation's standard (2:28:00) for the 2026-World Road Running Championship/Half marathon distance.

shoes: Puma Fast-R-3 (would take a @pumarunning contract 😆)

It's Copenhagen❤️‍🔥 @cphmarathon

still unbelievable that it's really happening
my second marathon coming up on Sunday
🇩🇰😍🥲 start: '26.05.10., 9:30

the past few weeks have asked me: 'how bad do you want it?' as I've faced many challenges
4 weeks ago, it's seemed like I have to forget my spring marathon due to my ankle injury. But my (amazing) Coach & close support system, and my stubborn head have been able to turn things around.

heart is super grateful. it's a privilege to step on the start line & do what I love the most:
RUNNING 💟

thanks for everyone, who's rooting for me, it means a lot 🥲
will keep you posted. :) & app to follow: Copenhagen marathon (download on play store)
