A PRODUCTION THIS WAS FOR TEAM SYNERGY!
ALLEN — PREMIERING ON NETFLIX NOVEMBER 12!
We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate our very own
SHAKIRA and TOMOKA, who both landed cast roles in this exciting production!
But that’s not all!
Synergy supplied a FULL-TIME STAND-IN for THREE
MONTHS!
HUNDREDS of our incredible background artists
worked on this production!
And even more exciting, many of our background
artists were bumped up to FEATURED roles!
What an incredible opportunity for so many of our Synergy talent to be involved in such a major production!
❤️A MASSIVE SHOUT-OUT TO TWO WONDERFUL
CASTING TEAMS!

🎬MITCHELL CASTING — A huge thank you to our wonderful friends at Mitchell Casting for the cast role opportunities for Shakira and Tomoka. We are so grateful for your continued support and belief in our actors!

❤️BUD HOPES CASTING — An equally huge thank you to Bud and his incredible team for the stand-in and background artist opportunities. Three months of stand-in work, hundreds of background bookings and so many talent getting the exciting opportunity to step up into featured roles!

❤️We absolutely love working with both casting teams and appreciate the opportunities you bring to our Synergy family.

AND TO ALL OUR SYNERGY TALENT — WE ARE SO
PROUD OF YOU!
Whether you landed a cast role, worked as a stand-in, were bumped to featured or spent your days on set as a background artist, every single one of you contributed to bringing this production to life.
These are the opportunities, experiences and memories that make this industry so special.
This is what being part of Team Synergy is all about!

Meet Me After Life book launch was such a dream. I had so much fun! It’ was such a great night, with great people. Thank you everyone who came.

Thank you @synergy_mgmt for letting me use your incredibly vibey space to create a cozy safe space for talking and community. And thank you for all of your support in general for my creative endeavours. I always feel so loved and supported. I’m incredibly grateful.

Thank you to my mate @euri.chelsea.glenn for setting up all day with me yesterday and then being the nights MC. What I did to deserve a friend like you, I’ll never know. Thank you for being my friend and for being a bloody good one at that!

Also! Thank you to @that_taco_van for coming and bringing the amazing food (and frozen margs) for everyone’s enjoyment!! Absolutely delectable!!

What a night! Next the release! 1 day to go friends!

See you tomorrow! 😍

A little introduction to the Bruce family 💛

Danyon, Hanisi, Malu & Moka — our little family, figuring out life together, making memories and embracing all the beautiful chaos that comes with a growing family.

A space to share a little bit of us, our everyday adventures, family moments and the things we get up to along the way.

So glad you’re here 🌺

What supports us the most when everything around us feels unfamiliar?

For many multicultural communities, especially those who are newly settled, finding connection and a sense of belonging is a vital part of starting over. When you’re navigating new systems, new expectations and the significant transition of migration, it can feel overwhelming and take a toll on your wellbeing. That’s when the support of a community matters most.

Our mental health is shaped not only by what we feel inside, but also by the communities around us. The workplaces we enter, the events we join, the activities we take part in, and the people who welcome us all play a role in how we cope, connect, and thrive.

May @qldmentalhealthweek remind us of the role we each play in creating communities where people feel included, supported, and connected. Because when we strengthen community, we strengthen the wellbeing of everyone who calls Queensland home. 💙

Huge thanks to @sophiekaye.jpg and @euri.chelsea.glenn and the whole team at @synergy_mgmt for giving me the space, time and resources to shoot my first professional scene reel!

Your skills and guidance were indispensable and without them the final product would have been very different.

So thank you all so much. 💛
