Twas an engaging exchange with Dr @balani.karishma, founder of @synovacare and a much-respected name in aesthetic dermatology- but also India’s anti age guru

The subject everyone wanted to know more about @ultherapy.in PRIME by @g3_lasers — cutting-edge technology in non-invasive skin lifting and anti-ageing. Dr Karishma’s interactive chat with me sparked plenty of questions, and she answered each one with trademark alacrity.

@escobarmumbai & chef Alok set out a delectable high tea & the take home kincare goody bag we managed a lovely balance of indulgence & catching up.

In a world of stress, cortisol and constant upheaval, all our friends were keen to understand skin health, ageing well and the latest developments in beauty technology?

Can we talk about ageing intelligently? ✨🌸

I was delighted and grateful to be invited by the lovely @NishaJamVwalLuxury for a wonderful afternoon of insightful conversations on beauty, wellness and the evolving world of aesthetic care.

Nisha JamVwal brought together a fabulous group of Mumbai women for an engaging session with Dr @Balani.karishma, Founder of @Synovacare. The highlight was @ultherapy.in Ultherapy PRIME by @G3_Lasers, the latest non-invasive ultrasound technology for skin lifting and tightening.

It was wonderful to learn about these advancements and, equally, to witness the admiration and respect Dr Karishma commands for her expertise, work and integrity. True credibility is built not just on accomplishments, but on the trust and values behind them.

A delicious high tea and even more special as only @NishaJamVwalLuxury could have pulled off at @Escobar with lovely company, enriching conversations and gorgeous skincare goodies made the afternoon even more special.

As someone who deeply believes in holistic wellbeing, I feel that ageing beautifully begins with caring for ourselves from within. Nourishment, quality sleep, emotional balance and stress management all contribute to our overall wellbeing and support the health of our skin and hair. I loved hosting this fabulous high tea at Nisha JamVwal Luxury, bringing together some of Mumbai’s fabulous women for an engaging interactive chat with Dr @balani.karishma founder of @synovacare leading name in aesthetic dermatology.

The highlight, apart from the delectable high tea laid out by @escobarmumbai was our interactive conversation & presentation on @ultherapy.in PRIME by @g3_lasers cutting-edge technology making waves in the world of non-invasive skin lifting & anti-ageing

The ladies arrived even before 3 pm & the room was buzzing with conversations, questions, laughter and beauty talk.

I enjoy getting my #powerwomen together to exchange ideas, discover new developments to enjoy my afternoon that combines substance with enjoyment.

The goody bags filled with anti age face-care products is something everyone valued & appreciated!

It was an honour to be invited to ReGen Congress 2026, the first global regenerative conference in India, held in New Delhi. The congress brought together leading experts in aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine, wellness, and longevity, creating a valuable platform for learning, sharing experiences, and discussing the future of patient care.

What makes such conferences meaningful is the opportunity to stay updated with evolving science, explore newer treatment approaches, and exchange knowledge with experts from India and across the world.
