🚨 HOUSE ESPRESSO NEWS 🚨 A slightly belated introduction to our latest house coffee from @tiltedcoffeeroasters - those with a more sensitive palette might have noticed a change for a few weeks now. Another single origin, this time also a single varietal hailing from “Finca Chorro Alto”; the family farm of Luz Angela Rojos in Huila, Colombia. It’s a washed, extended fermentation Caturra Rayado - a rare naturally occurring sub variety which gives the coffee cherries a distinctive striped appearance (“rayado” meaning lined or streaked in Spanish). Sourced through @micafetradingco who focus on connecting progressive Colombian producers with independent roasters this is a UK exclusive to Tilted Coffee, meaning we’re pretty lucky to be brewing this up for you all on the daily! Also great as a filter coffee, we love the caramel and vanilla notes of these beans, which make for a sweeter than average drink with a soft, yet classic coffee flavour profile. As a singular small lot supply is limited so drink it up while you can! Also available bagged to brew at your home. More shots from @synt.media

What ACTUAL progress looks like👆🏻 It ain’t hitting a PB on every set Getting an extra 3 reps or adding 5kg every week Not once you’re past your ‘newbie gains’ stage anyway🤷🏻‍♂️ The amount of extra muscle you need to build to eek out just one extra rep, with the same execution… Takes longer than you think. And all’s you’re doing by trying to speed up the process Just throwing weight around from A to B with zero accuracy, using compensatory methods & momentum to move weight Then writing ‘+2 reps’ in the logbook every week📝 It FEELS like you’re making progress Until you realise, you can move a lot of weight… But your physique doesn’t reflect it Training with accuracy + intensity = gains Like a sniper Not a trigger happy machine gun, spraying & praying🤦🏻‍♂️

❤️ 2025 ❤️ What a year it has been for us. It has been one of the quietest, challenging yet most special year of them all. At the start of the year we had Max’s Night with @maxs__mission to celebrate the life of Max Greenhouee who was sadly took away from us before last year started. We raised £1500 to give back to Maxs mission back in march & we are hoping to have another Night for him soon 💙 Then we took a slight break to get some merch / caps up and going throughout the UK being seen in numerous places around Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, and many more 🚀 This then led to our last event in @24kitchenstreet over the December time which definitely did not disappoint 🥲. Seeing everyone so happy and joyful dancing all night long along wearing our logo was so heartwarming ❤️ Big thank you to @synt.media for being our photography & videographer all year round and capturing the moments we all get lost in ✨ This year we have sooo much planned and we are here to set the standard for the underground sound for 2026 giving less known underground DJs a chance to play without the feeling of the industry falling on its a**. Here to more grooves, more energy, and a whole lot of LOVE ⚡️ Thank you all for a amazing year & as always see you on the dance floor in March for our first ever Techno event 🖤 UGE X

Feel like you lose motivation??😪 Every year you tell yourself ‘I’ll start in January’ The first week you’re pumped up, ready to go & absolutely smash your goals😤 Until it hits week 3/4, you look in the mirror… And you see, sweet fuck all difference? So you’re back to feeling de-motivated again & give up Before the cycle repeats, again 🔁 ELIMIN8 is designed to prevent this exact thing, by ensuring you get results & you get them FAST💨 Because it doesn’t matter if you’re try to go fast or slow… You’ll still be hungry You’ll still feel tired at times You’ll still have to make sacrifices But at least when you go down the rapid fat loss route, you actually see the rewards for the effort you put in 📉 Which is why ELIMIN8 works so well Aaron was able to pull off a massive 10kg in 8 weeks And just look at the difference in his physique You don’t have to squint to see it, like you do with most other coach’s transformations🤷🏻‍♂️ There’s 15 VIP spaces going LIVE on Friday at 10am If you know you want to start 2026 off with a bang & make sure the motivation sticks around this New Year… Make sure you grab a spot for just £99, saving yourself £50 And getting a load of extras thrown in there too as a VIP If you want Early Access to these spaces on Thursday at 6pm Sign up to my email list, using the link in my bio Or DM me the words ‘BLACK FRIDAY’ & I’ll add you myself🤝

ELIMIN8 Winner Sep 2025🏆 Absolutely unreal work from Aaron, dropping a huge 10kg in just the space of 8 weeks He’s put the graft in, week in & week out And I was quite literally gobsmacked when I opened up his final physique shots, he looks insane Just shows what’s possible when you lock-in🤷🏻‍♂️ Aaron has lost weight in the past on his own, in fact he’d lost 8kg at the start of the year… But he kept hitting a sticking point And didn’t know what he needed to do next Until he joined ELIMIN8, which gave him the structure & accountability he needed, to keep the weight flying off Now he’s joined the 1-1 team and is ready to finish the job We’re gonna get him shredded before Xmas & then into a 9-12 month gaining phase😮‍💨 Interested in joining the next ELIMIN8 intake? Keep your eyes peeled, I’ll be announcing the next one soon👀
