‼️Are you aging faster than you think? 🤔💭

⏳ If your skin looks tired, dull, or less firm- inflammation may be the reason.

Chronic inflammation is one of the biggest hidden drivers of aging. It quietly breaks down collagen, weakens your barrier, and accelerates skin changes long before you notice them.

Today, we’re talking about why this matters and how to stop it from stealing your glow. Watch to learn how to protect and rewind your skin from the inside out✨

Hamptons 2025 was a great one. We took it pretty easy this time with walks around town, time with friends and family, sunny beach days, alligator in the pool days, lots of mahjong, horses, corn, tomatoes, human claw machines, elevator rides, boat rides, K-pop singalongs and family laughs. Thanks @brimarcus for capturing a family pic for us in this special place every summer!

It doesn’t have to be a new year, a new month, a new week or a new day to “start over”.

You can always give yourself grace to try again and keep going one small step at a time to reach whatever your goal might be. Change is never linear. Change takes grace, compassionate discipline and perseverance.

I’m starting out a new journey today with @synthialink to get a better handle on my chronic inflammation with Hashimotos disease. I am excited and ready to be attuned to my body, have the discipline to know what I need and create new neural pathways and habits that will give me a sense of control on how to honor my body that has acquired autoimmune diseases.

There’s a lot of research out there that connects autoimmune diseases with trauma. Even more so, somatic therapy can help alleviate symptoms and help you heal from auto immune diseases. Send me a dm if you want to chat more about it!
