CHANGING LIVES! 🎬🎮🎵 We’re proud to announce Future Makers — our new programme in partnership with @eragroupuk , empowering young people to discover their potential, develop their skills and unlock opportunities across the creative industries. ✨ 💡 CREATIVE TALENT NEEDS MORE THAN PASSION — IT NEEDS OPPORTUNITY. Many young people study creative subjects and have incredible ideas, talent and ambition, but finding their way into the creative industries can be challenging. Students will be given the chance to put their learning into practice with industry experiences provided by ERA Group. This may include shadowing & supporting recording sessions, live shoots and live events. 🎯 WHAT'S ON THE PROGRAMME? 🎤 Finding Your Voice — Discover your Why and build confidence. 🎨 Building Your Creative Brand — Develop your personal brand and stand out & IP. 🧠 Mind Over Matter — Build resilience and tackle self-doubt. 🤝 The Collab Lab — Master networking and collaboration. 🔥 Pitch Yourself — Showcase your strengths and sell your skills. 📄 Creative CV Skills — Create a CV and portfolio that get creatives noticed. 🗺️ The Career Roadmap — Turn your ambitions into an actionable plan.
