Revenge for @sytrus_sln hehe Chambers is such a cool oc OUGHH drawing them was super fun, esp since in this piece i wanted to experiment more with fantasy body horror and such💥💥💥‼️‼️‼️
For this artwork i gave Chambers a design based on the fruit fly, but with an abnormal amount of wings and eyes to represent the uncontrolled cell growth of a tumour. I also wanted to make them look like they were emerging from the tumour network, so their right art and legs end up fusing into the scene and the fruit fly “eyes” are merged in with the cells in the background
(I included process photos bc i liked the way the wip looked too, for this piece i really wanted to improve on my cohesion in lighting complex forms, i think much of the cohesion was lost when i started adding more colours which is something i need to practice more in the future ough)](https://s10.imginn.com/752924087_17972148723089294_3772301134799152492_n.jpg?t51.82787-15/752924087_17972148723089294_3772301134799152492_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_e35_s1290x1290_tt6&_nc_cat=100&ig_cache_key=Mzk0ODI4ODUwMjczOTI2NDI2OQ%3D%3D.3-ccb7-5&ccb=7-5&_nc_sid=58cdad&efg=eyJ2ZW5jb2RlX3RhZyI6IkNBUk9VU0VMX0lURU0ueHBpZHMuMTQ0MC5zZHIucmVndWxhcl9waG90by5DMyJ9&_nc_ohc=x_5HfOlUcH4Q7kNvwH_VVjd&_nc_oc=AdpYRKIEt2FeOg_YaXTlt4egf8105ARWfmtK0q7CfdsYper577J33Zl0mlauWUtiDz0nLu4PAn0XCxVSMvZmMSJq&_nc_ad=z-m&_nc_cid=0&_nc_zt=23&_nc_ht=scontent-atl3-1.cdninstagram.com&_nc_gid=vH0fHjXMYCOu7BetjfQckw&_nc_ss=7a20f&oh=00_AQOqWChvjzM69IW4OABgBfO_BGvlPqD9Kpfi7rDtxjazqQ&oe=6AE53EA3)
