EXHIBIT: What an honor to be included in this group show celebrating Angel DiCosola and her lineage as an artist and educator. Thank you to curators Giannina Dwin and Nazare Feliciano and, of course, Angel. I’m forever grateful for your guidance and friendship ✨

Opening reception this Thursday, September 3, from 4:30 to 8:30 pm at Schmidt Center Gallery @faugalleries

A portion of my work, Expansion, was selected for the exhibition. Expansion is a modular installation that began in watercolor and pulls together three distinct ceramic compositions—each based on a meditative color experience that began in 2019 and continues for me today.

Artists include:
@angela.dicosola
@woodyothello
@therealgiannina
@nazare.feliciano
@rahafilsoofi
@loshap
@claybeasts
@jm_suss
@szystina
@karlawalterclay

Continuum stands as a homage to Angela DiCosola, honoring her distinguished and enduring contributions as both an artist and a professor of ceramics at Florida Atlantic University. Across decades of teaching, mentorship, and creative practice, DiCosola has shaped not only objects of remarkable material sensitivity, but generations of artists whose voices now resonate throughout the contemporary art world.

This exhibition ultimately proposes that artistic legacy is not measured by repetition, but by transformation. Through these works, lineage becomes a living process—one in which ideas, materials, and ways of seeing are continually reimagined, ensuring that DiCosola’s influence endures not as a fixed inheritance, but as an ever-evolving conversation.

Ahhhhhh hi guys, I am truly so excited to announce that I have curated my very own phart show at the drift gallery at @kress_contemporary @tempus_projects !!! This has been a dream curation of mine for literal years and this year I have got to put it together and put my dreams into reality. I could not have done it without each and every single phartist that has been a part of this show. I am so appreciative that y’all have helped me put this together as I could not have done it by myself. Literally from the bottom of my heart thank y’all so much. My magnum opus 🥹✨

A special thank you to @nadinescanvas for being my literal rock beside me this whole time and helping me put this whole curation together. I love you so much and I truly could not have done this without you. 🫶🏼🫶🏼
