We are living in a time where those who are front-facing feel a constant energetic influx.
To lead. To speak. To create. To hold space.
It requires more than talent.. it requires boundaries.

Looking at this photo from @marcantonieexperience Self-Confidence Charting, I don’t just see panelists and presenters. I see nervous systems that have learnt how to regulate under pressure. I see souls that have metabolized adversity. I see people who dared greatly in their own ways.

Each of us standing here has a trauma map.
Developmental imprints.
Moments that could have collapsed us.

Some of us had to build safety within ourselves because it wasn’t consistently available around us. Severe stress, disrupted attachment, primitive reflexes shaped by early experiences — these things live in the body. And yet, here we are.

Alchemizing.

Neurodevelopment is not destiny. Regulation gives us choice. When we relieve the push of survival physiology, we expand our window of tolerance. We increase our capacity. We create choice points where there once were only reactions.

This is the work.

As I prepare to enter my 10th year @zahrwellness my first full decade — in wellness, and as I walk toward Advanced Somatic Experiencing, I am deeply aware that somatic maintenance™ is not luxury. It is responsibility.

Tending to our gardens.
Charting the course of our nervous systems.
Regulation, regulation, regulation — in real time.

What I witnessed in that room was exactly that: people choosing awareness over impulse, courage over contraction, service over ego.

Entrepreneurs. Engineers. Coaches.
Miss Universe. Curators of exceptional experiences.
Shaman. Artists. Dancers. Visionaries.

To @leondon_wiggins though you are not pictured here I salute you. Every single soul who dared to stand up and be seen. I see you. I acknowledge you. I honour you.

We really do need to give each other our flowers in real life.

Divine alignment isn’t “woo.” It’s what happens when preparation meets integrity. When healed parts of us collaborate instead of compete. When a village forms around shared values.

It takes a village to raise a child.
It takes a village to sustain the adults.
Like dust we RISE!
