You are more than I could have ever dreamed of, Ensor-Monroe Selah! You are evidence that God not only loves me, but He knows me better than I know myself. To think that God planned this has me speechless!

Thank you, Lord for allowing Hank and I the honor of loving and raising this precious gift - our “cup of blessing”!

Happy 6 months, Baby Girl!

In 4 days, she’ll be 6 months! I am filled with so much gratitude, and the joy she has added to our lives has me in tears constantly. I am in awe of the goodness of God. Something else I think about all the time is the community of family, friends and loved ones (even complete strangers) who have rallied around us to support us through this season - it’s utterly humbling! I could never say “Thank you” enough. So, if you’re reading this and you are part of our village…THANK YOU! We love you! #EnsorMonroeSelah #ThisAdoptionStory #TYJ #FYP

Missed yesterday’s National Daughter Day, but let’s be real 👀🫣😆! Every day is National Daughter Day for Ensor-Monroe’s dad and me. ❤️

Anyway, here’s a video of EM Selah and I trying to entertain ourselves today in the car while her dad was getting a haircut. These giggles are among my favorite sounds in all the world. 🥹❤️🥹😍🥰💕

Hank said something recently that’s stuck with me about our sweet baby girl. He said, “There’s no way to tell her story without sharing our faith.” It’s the absolute truth.

Ensor-Monroe Selah is evidence of God’s goodness and faithfulness to us. I can’t look at her without being reminded that “God did this.” It’s only been 4 months, but even in these 4 months she’s lived so much life.

We know that God’s hand of protection, provision, favor, and guidance continues to be with us. We know this love story has only just begun. 🙏🏽💕

Happy 4 months, Ensor-Monroe Selah! We love you so much, baby girl!

We get to run toward finalizing Ensor-Monroe Selah’s adoption. 🏃‍♀️💕🙏🏽

The ICPC chapter, that part that connects Nevada and Oklahoma, is finally closed.

There were moments when this portion of the story felt like it would never end. Adoptions, like life, are a marathon, not a sprint. Even though we still have work to do to complete the adoption, getting this far is a testament to God’s faithfulness.

“The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” [Psalm 121:8]

He watched over her coming and going, and He will continue to carry us through this process till its completion.

Thank you to all of you who’ve walked with us and followed Ensor-Monroe Selah’s story. Every win and every victory is yours, too! Your prayers, your giving, your responses, your shares, your messages have been such a lifeline. #EnsorMonroeSelah #FaithOverFear #AdoptionStory #FYP

3 months with my girl 💕

She already has such a sweet disposition. She’s bubbly, and vocal. She loves to sing. She’s a cuddle bug. She also sleeps through the night! She will literally fall asleep around 10 pm and wake up at 6 am to be fed and changed, and then go back to sleep until 9 am.

Even with the road still ahead in her adoption journey, I am so grateful that I have had an uninterrupted 3 months of bonding. I love that I get to wake up to her cooing and fall asleep to her snoring 😆☺️🥹! It’s been both the most challenging and most rewarding season of my life to date.

Ensor-Monroe Selah is our cup of blessing from heaven, and she is evidence of God’s faithfulness and goodness.

Officially 12 weeks old and she loves to sing worship songs with mommy. 🥹🙏🏽🙌🏽 Tonight’s worship lullaby is a classic by the late Andrea Crouch (My Tribute).

Thank you, Jesus that even now she loves your presence and songs that give you praise!
