1 year on from first taking pics out on the streets and the energy hit me the same way! Hearing my people from different communities call me as they ran past was something else 🙌🏾🫶🏾

Race day energy is too unmatched! 🚀

Like always, if you know them, tag em 👊🏾

Big Half 2026🏁

This time last year I stepped up for my first race & 1 year later we’re back on the same course with a different outcome. Never would’ve thought I’d be hitting these numbers but dedication and putting yourself through the hard things will show up as a result at the finish line.

Those extra metres, reps and efforts all count on race day.

Thank you to everyone that showed up and supported me. I pray we all continue to blossom in all our endeavours - this ain’t easy but doing these things together makes you realise you’re not doing this alone. It’s a real life community🫂❤️

s/o to my brother @davidzakwan_ & @alotofnothing__ for providing an unforgettable experience during the training block. @nikerunning for the gear & @harvvoller for all the coaching and advice given to me❤️

last but not least thank you God - Amen🙏🏾

The London 10K 📍

Something special about these races that bring the whole community together. More that 20,000 of us on the start line and thousands more out in the blistering heat supporting.

This was my first ever road race two years ago, so was great to be back out there. Got a good gauge of where im at fitness wise, and now we built for the next big one.

Next race announcement coming very soon 🗣️

still in a lil bubble after this race 🥹 sharing a course with so many of my people, racing alongside my bestie & pacer @jaysurrey and chasing down a PB in the sun - it doesn’t get much better than that 🌞

i didn’t quite get the goal time in the heat, but we’ll take a 24s PB 🧡

a week away has done me good, now it’s back to the drawing board ahead of a bigggg training block 🤭
