⚠️MWIF-26-8 RESULTS: ....complicated⚠️

The thing we can definitively say is: thank you to all our fellow performers and to everyone in the audience! Midwest Idolfest was an amazing time and we genuinely had so much fun‼️ Huge thank you to @absoluteaidol and @glotaku for all their hard work putting this together! Both the energy of the crowd and the energy backstage was fantastic. Being apart of this lineup was such an honor and if you missed this show....yikes 😬

Now onto more complicated stuff:

It's a lot to explain. With a lot of feelings. So many, in fact, we made a video about it. Go check it out on Youtube for the full recap of our experience singing for the first time at Midwest Idolfest!

The TLDR is this: we aren't proud of our performance.

It was really difficult to be a complete beginner at something again, and having it go less than ideally was sort of morale breaking.

The video isnt meant to fish for compliments or reassurance: honestly if you do that we WILL become hostile 🫵

Let us earn your kind words. We Will make you proud one day. (or we will politely change priorities and you can be proud we stopped making such a racket 🤝)

The video is an honest documentation of the experience and all the feelings it brought. Unfortunately, we had a lot of bad feelings. And that is the reality of performing, sometimes.

We make a lot of self-deprecating statements in the video, and we want to make it clear those were just our feelings during an emotionally charged period. It's vital to be a beginner and we don't want to discourage anyone from that.

We are so passionate about what we do and we want to be honest about this experience. If you relate to the the video, we hope you don't give up. Those feelings mean you truly care about what you do.

Take some time and enjoy some bread. Remember why you do what you do and get back to it, survivor. We didn't give up and neither should you.

(Actually. You aren't allowed to.)

Thank you for reading. Its an impressive trait. But not as impressive as your resilience (both emotionally and to certain strains of disease) 🖤⚠️🫡

Good morning, loves! Hiiiii~! 🥹💖

How are you? ♡ I had a crazy fun weekend! Today’s quest is to tell me about your weekend in the comments below! ↓♡

On Friday night, I went to @glotakuparty’s Midwest Idol Fest in Dayton!! I met so many kind, sweet, lovely, and talented idols and artists!! I finally plan to post my recap on @juviasuna today~ so please look forward to it! It was so much fun!! (♡¨̮)

On Saturday, we celebrated my dad’s 50th birthday with a Luau at our house!! It was soooo fun! And also really lovely to see so many family members and friends there! Happy Birthday, Dad!! 🥹🎂

Lastly, on Sunday (yesterday) I went to downtown Cincy for Oktoberfest… I didn’t realized this but apparently it’s the biggest Oktoberfest celebration in the United States!! 🍻🇩🇪🥨

Sadly, my old dirndl from 7th grade no longer fits me, but I made do by piecing some things together to make my own DIY dirndl… I need to get a new one in Germany when I finally visit Lena @hylishia someday! *ଘ(੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭* ੈ♡‧₊˚ I felt super cute in my outfit with my bag from @twin.stitched that my bf got me for my birthday this year! It went perfectly with the rest of my outfit! So much fun!! 🥹♥️

Here is part 2 from the last post! This still includes some photos from @ozokucon and @matsuricon, but the last few pics were from a recent adventure I went on UNINTENTIONALLY, BY THE WAY. Anyway, @glotakuparty had their first Idolfest (Midwest idol fest) hosted by @absolute.aidol and so many cool humans were performing🥹. And well when I heard some of them were trying something new with their sets, HOW COULD I NOT GO!?!? So I made my decision to actually go to this wonderful event the week of! And it was worth the money and time spent to go there! Funny enough, I did not expect to surprise everyone there which means my mission was overly accomplished🤗✨ I can't wait to see what's next🤗

(last photo is a Ita bag I made for @toxinesis that I'm proud of!)

Hello Snowdrops🥹

I'm so sorry I've been away for a while🫠. My princessly duties got the best of me but I'm here now and not dead so yeah. Anyway, these are the pics from both @colossalcon and @jafax_gr since I barely took any pictures at both of the cons, it was no point doing separate post😅. Thanks to all the humans I met on these adventures this time around and to all the humans who helped with the picture taking (because I'm terrible at it). Both of the cons was really fun and if I had the opportunity to go again, I totally would no doubt! I will post my Performances for both cons in the future (I haven't actually watched them so yeah). Hopefully, it was enough to put a smile on your face if you were there to watch! Anyway, that's all for now! Keep a lookout for my next performance 🤗✨

(if I didn't tag you, please lmk so I can🙂‍↕️✨)
