💪 Benefits of Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training 🚦💉

🔹 Build Muscle with Less Weight 🏋️‍♀️
BFR training helps you gain strength and size using just 20-30% of your max load. Perfect for rehab or when your joints need a break! 💡

🔹 Recover Faster ⏱️
Boost growth hormone production 📈, speed up healing, and prevent muscle loss during downtime. 🛌

🔹 Cardio Gains 🏃‍♂️❤️
Even low-intensity work with BFR can improve endurance and heart health. 💥

🔹 Pain-Free Progress 🙌
Train smarter, not harder, and avoid unnecessary strain on your joints. 👌

Whether you’re rehabbing or leveling up your gains, BFR could be your secret weapon! 🔑🔥

Some athletes with ACL ruptures successfully return to play without surgery.

🏈 Non-operative ACL rehab focuses on strength training, stability, and progressive exercise therapy.

🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Key to success? Starting rehab early and maintaining a strong, stable knee.

💪 Research shows that for the right individuals, this approach can effectively restore knee function and get them back in the game. 🏆

**Isolated ACL Injury:** No other injuries, with swelling occurring 2-3 hours post-injury.
**Hop Test:** Scores 80%+ on all hop tests (single, crossover, triple, timed).
**KOS-ADLS:** Scores 80%+ on the Knee Outcome Survey-ADL Scale.
**GRS:** Scores 60%+ on the Global Rating Scale.
**Knee Stability:** No more than one episode of knee giving way since the injury.
**Rehab Commitment:** Dedicated to at least three months of physiotherapy.
