People tell me they get chills when they hear me sing the National Anthem, which is such an incredible compliment. But the truth is… I get chills every time I have the privilege of singing it. 🇺🇸❤️

What an AMAZING crowd yesterday at The Vault Conference! 12,000 people in one room, standing up with their hands over their hearts, and all there because they want to better their lives, learn from others, and PLAY BIG!! 🔥

What an honor to kick off such an incredible event! 🎤

Thank you Vault team for your professionalism and making me feel so welcome, especially Blake Segall, @taylerdegrande - you rock girl, @t_bekian for your awesome introduction, @mosaicproevents for your incredible production, and @patrickbetdavid for putting on such an inspirational event and inviting me back! 🫶😊

Remember that these events cause a ripple event on the world as long as we take what we have learned and put them into action. 👊🏼

Let’s go PLAY BIG and CRUSH IT in this lifetime!! 🙌🏼🥳🔥

Last night was a night I’ll never forget.

The last ride with a company we started on Sept 23rd, of 2009. Where we decided to started an insurance company with 66 agents.

I decided to invest a 100% of my life savings to start @phpagency with a dream of building one of the largest agencies in America.

The company has now licensed over 60,000 agents during that time.

They called us crazy. The bigger agencies tried to bully us but we thrived.

I’m personally grateful to all the leaders who bought into the vision and the mission.

To those of you who were there last night I hope you remember what was discussed:

1. Concerns
2. Motives
3. Assumptions
4. Fears
5. Asks

Process it from all angles and don’t be afraid to respectfully confront each other. Be respectful but don’t be soft.

Congrats to @soldoutservant & @cenabeena who swept all the trophies last night.

Very proud of what he and his leadership team did the last 12 months.

It’s been a wild ride.

Future looks bright for those who stay grateful, hungry and optimistic.
