… and at the end of the day, when NO ONE is there you remember pressure never broke anyone it just makes them hustle with a shine 💎✨💅🏽

Subtle reminder; put the battery back in my back … call it ambition 😮‍💨🔋

Fresh Rootz Founder/Co-Owner @t_fatima_ Kicked Off The Fall 2024 Vibrant Health Workshop Series at @wcccdhwec (Curtis L. Ivery Health & Wellness Education Center)

The @wcccdhwec, a part of @wcccd_district, a beautiful facility to say the least; has many resources to assist those in the community on their journeys in #HealthAndWellness — from fitness centers, to indoor tracks, full court gym, and stunning terraces; the facility aims to provide more educational services to go hand in hand with the amenities. Stop by and ask for Mike to learn more!!

Fatima spoke on the benefits of eating plant based foods, balancing a proper diet to improve heart health, digestive systems, and holistic healing! Not only does #FreshRootz offer the delightful options for consumption but is #DeeplyRooted on building within the community to educate and support those on their health & wellness journeys!

With TWO locations on/near university campuses Fatima’s goal is to continue to expand Fresh Rootz’s products and services into more areas alike.
