ACLR Quad Graft and Med Meniscus Repair ~4 mo post-op My guy @t_os_in got in with me a few weeks ago after being discharged from your standard PT mill after just 2 months🚨 Basically when he could walk and do bodyweight squats the provider said you’re good😖😠 which is not the standard of care that people with ACL Reconstructions should expect. Since starting we’ve been working OT on his strength 💪 Here’s what we’ve been including during this phase— 1️⃣Front Squats: 5x5 | loading up them quads 2️⃣ Nordic Ham Curl Variations: 2x6 each | great for co-contraction & building eccentric capacity of the hams 3️⃣ Spanish Squat isometric holds: 3x45 sec | building tendon resilience 🔘 Not pictured — BFR seated knee extensions & BFR split squats for the extra quad pump 💪💪 If you’re still having trouble with your rehab or never felt back to 100% shoot me a DM and I’d be happy to talk!
