I hope you all had a great weekend. Thank you for visiting.

In case you missed it:

🍌 I baked up some Banana Bread (Bill the Banana Duck’s favorite thing in the entire world).

🦮 Suna helped me take some orders.

🌺 I got some drinks in the works. If you had the chance to sample with me thanks for your input. I really appreciate honest feedback.

👚 We sold all our tees for the day. Thanks for your support! I MAY DO A REPRINT BUT NOT SURE YET. DM me for info / answer the poll.

☕️ From time to time and if time permits, I make custom drinks with the ingredients I have in stock. I want to serve only the best and/or unique drinks at @kokoro.no.coffee If there’s something you had or miss from overseas, don’t be afraid to ask me. I’ll do my best.

Sushi bake. Recipe from @tabemanda.

I assembled this earlier in the day then baked it for dinner. Yummy! Except I forgot to spray the dish with cooking spray and some of the rice was stuck to the pan. 🤦‍♀️

Have you ever tried #oshizushi, or pressed sushi?🤔 @tabemanda shared her reel which features two versions that are both vibrant and mouth-watering! 😋Her tuna oshizushi is layered with rice and a spicy tuna mix and her yellowtail oshizushi is layered with rice and shiso leaf! 🍣You can find a variety of #sushi molds at your local Mitsuwa to try out at home!

Be sure to check out Manda’s page for the full recipe!
