SHAPED Retreat'26 — Sardinia edit 🌴✨
strong body, strong mind.

5 unforgettable days filled with movement, connection & so many special moments. From sunrise yoga, hikes with a view & Ride and Shape sessions to intense HYROX workouts, recovery workshops and late night talks — this retreat was about so much more than fitness. 🤍

We trained hard, slowed down when needed, learned from our coaches and pushed ourselves in the best way possible.
Sweaty workouts, tired legs, deep conversations, pool sessions, mindset shifts & a community that made this week so special.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who was part of this retreat — our coaches, partners & this incredible group energy 🫶

Already missing Sardinia a little extra. 🌅
Until the next SHAPED Retreat… ✨

One of my favorite things is seeing these pieces become part of your everyday life —styled in your own way, worn with your own energy.

Thank you for sharing your moïo moments 🫶🏻

SHAPED RETREAT DAY 3 🌊🐚

Slow mornings, strong sessions & the best energy all around.

We started the day with sunrise yoga by Coach @melaniec.m — and somehow the sun salutations really did bring the sun out ☀️🧘‍♀️ The perfect way to wake up the body, reset the mind and ease into the day together.

After that, Coach @andreas_schraml guided us through our recovery & sleep workshop — talking about the importance of rest, recovery routines and why real progress happens outside of training, too 😴

Later, it was time for ReSHAPED to the Mat with Meli before heading into one of the absolute retreat favorites: Ride & Shape 🚴‍♀️🔥

Cycling with a view, pushing through together and soaking up every second of this Sardinia magic — led by our power coaching duo @tabithafriehs & @bluesito_

And a little extra motivation: we were fully equipped with @adidas training gear throughout the retreat 👟🔥
Including the new Dropset 4 training shoe — designed for lifting, jumping & running, basically made for everything our retreat days throw at us. Stable, supportive & tested through our workout. week.

Full hearts, tired legs & so many good moments!
