The lovely faces behind our last wellness retreat at Iscoyd.

There’s something rather special about the people who bring our retreats to life. From peaceful mornings spent practising yoga to beautiful flowers, thoughtfully styled spaces and deeply relaxing sound baths, each person brings their own little bit of magic to Iscoyd.

At the heart of it all is the wonderful Nics from @yogawithnics , our retreat host and yoga teacher. With her calming presence, infectious warmth and gentle approach to yoga, Nics has a lovely way of making everyone feel completely at ease.

We were also lucky enough to welcome Amber from @sound.breath.body, who guided our guests through a beautiful sound bath experience, offering a moment to switch off, unwind and simply be.

And of course, the fabulous Charlotte from @tableandstem , Iscoyd’s resident stylist, whose creativity and wonderful energy bring so much character to the house.

At our last retreat, Charlotte hosted a lovely flower arranging workshop, and she’ll continue to work her magic styling the spaces, creating the warmest welcomes and making every mealtime feel that little bit more special.

For our next retreat, we’re delighted to be welcoming Tracy Langley, who will be joining us to lead our sound bath experience, bringing her years of experience in holistic wellbeing and sound healing to Iscoyd.

It’s these wonderful people, alongside the peaceful surroundings, delicious food and time to truly slow down, that make our retreats so memorable.

We can’t wait to welcome you back for Finding Stillness, 30th November – 2nd December 2026.

A table plan that’s a little out of the ordinary… 🤍✨

I love seeing couples get creative with their table plan, and this is such a beautiful example of how you can turn it into a real feature of your day 🍋🍐

An old dresser, seasonal fruit and delicate name cards come together to create something that feels so personal and full of character 🤍

If you have an idea in mind or want to explore something a little different, I’d love to help bring it to life 💌

A little glimpse into our wedding ceremony 🤍✨

With music always having been such a huge part of our relationship, having it performed live on the most special days of our lives meant so much to us.

From the walk down the aisle to that just married feeling, the music made every moment feel even more magical. Thank you to the incredible Colour Blue band 🩵

The perfect soundtrack to the beginning of our forever 🤍🎶

🤍🤍 Oh I’m so excited to be back at the wonderful @iscoydpark tomorrow, it always feels like home especially when you enter through the beautiful white door and the lovely scents of @neomwellbeing candles welcome you into the hallway like nostalgia.
Anyway reminiscing and sharing a few more frames from this day. When the suppliers went above and beyond and created the perfect backdrop to this day.

One of my favourite ways to create a timeless, elegant look is to keep your stationery design and colours fairly minimal, then bring your colour palette into the day through all the little details and extras 🌸💌

Think beautiful florals and decor, place names, envelope liners etc ✨

It keeps the stationery classic and timeless, while still letting your personality and colour palette shine through the styling 💍💒
