1, 2, 3, DZO! 🍻🇻🇳

This piece means a lot to me. In the days leading up to opening Pho Bar, I watched my friends and family come together and do whatever it took to help us get these doors open. Cooking, cleaning, building, carrying, painting, pouring drinks, so many hands helped build this place.

Annie @artbynuggs was inspired by what she saw and turned it into this.

She painted this mural after hours, 12 hours a night for 8 nights straight, capturing pieces of our family and the people around us. Nola holding her ice cream, @kerenswan and her friends cheering, my boys sharing food, bowls of pho being passed down, drinks being raised, and hands everywhere. That was my favorite part.

All the hands that helped build Pho Bar are now the same hands that get to sit down, eat, drink, laugh and enjoy what we built together. From helping hands to hands around the table. ❤️

Một, hai, ba… DZO! 🍻

Thank you, Annie, for putting our story on the wall 🇻🇳🫶
