THIS might be the most LOADED serve of nachos I’ve ever seen 🤯🌮🔥

When the tortilla chips have to go in VERTICAL just to fit everything in, you know we’re dealing with a J Webby-sized Mexican feast 😂

I hit up @tacos.la in Mordialloc for some authentic LA-style street food, washed down with plenty of ice-cold @jarritosau, including the NEW Mandarin Zero 🍊🥤

We kicked things off with their signature tacos 🌮 Lamb, smoky pork, chicken and bean & corn, all coming out of this humble little food truck that seriously packs some BIG flavour.

Then came the chicken tamales, and these things were more than a J Webby mouthful 😂 Loaded with chicken, sour cream, cheese and pico de gallo.

But the GRAND FINALE was absolutely ridiculous… A SUPERSIZED J WEBBY SERVE OF NACHOS 🤯🔥

Loaded with chicken, guacamole, Tajín, sour cream, cheese, spring onion and jalapeños. They were packed so tight the tortilla chips had to stand VERTICAL.

And FINALLY, someone understands the correct chip-to-filling ratio 🤝😂

If you’re looking for LA-style street food in Mordialloc, hit up Tacos LA, bring an appetite and grab yourself an ice-cold Jarritos to wash it all down 🇲🇽🥤

Angel Farias has Mexican heritage but, in honour of where he grew up, the food he serves at Tacos LA is quintessentially Californian. Load up on lamb barbacoa, pollo yucateco, and off-menu chicken-skin tacos dripping with rendered fat.

So I went to a @tacos.la x @jarritos event and the chicken taco won my heart.

I tried the jalapeños for the first time and my whole face turned 😂 it was spicyyyy 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Summer nights are creeping in and this place is only minutes from Mordialloc Beach, so honestly, a taco and a cold Jarritos before a sunset walk just makes sense.

If you’re near Mordialloc this summer and LOVE tacos, you need to visit Tacos LA, you’ll thank me later.
