Suffering all the way to finish in the top 5. Now I finally understand my body — it’s exhausted and asking for rest. (Hitting my knee on a rock while running will also help).

Three consecutive weeks of racing and long trips. I need some time at home, a routine, and some peace and quiet with the champion @alainsantamaria

Supernatural momentum is hard to stop. Congratulations @alainsantamaria.🥇

Just a week after his last victory, Alain is back on top at Ultra Pirineu SMP42K, taking the 42K win in 3:38:14.

“I came to do my own race. I didn’t have any references during the course, so I pushed hard until the end and got another important result this season.”

@naiarairigoyen finishes 5th in the women’s race.

“After three weeks of racing and travelling, my body is asking for a rest. But I’ll definitely come back to compete here again.”

Two strong performances in the mountains. We’re proud to be part of the ride.

European Championships Barcelona 🇪🇸

Coming into the competition, I felt stronger than I have in a long time. After some frustrating competitions earlier this season, I finally felt like I was back on the right track. I trusted my preparation, believed in my abilities, and was ready to show what I’ve been working for. 😈

Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring it onto the wall when it mattered most. That’s the hardest part to accept. Right now, I don’t really know why things aren’t clicking in competition or why luck hasn’t been on my side this year. It hurts, and I was quite devastated after the bad result. 🥺

What I do know is that it wasn’t because I didn’t give everything. I put everything I had into the preparation, and I honestly couldn’t have worked any harder. Over the last few weeks I’ve already changed a lot, but this competition showed me that bigger changes are needed—not only in training, but also in my environment, my team, and parts of my life.✌🏽

The future feels uncertain at the moment, and I don’t know exactly what the next months will look like. But I know I won’t stop searching for the right path.👀

For now, I’m shifting my focus to Lead and seeing how far I can push myself. It’s a new challenge, an experiment, and I’m excited to see where it takes me.🦎

The journey continues. 🐆❤️‍🔥

Recent (and not so recent) times at the WayUpSystems "office" ✌🏻

Testing out the newest WayUpClimb through-the-bolt LED solution 👀

More LED action... this time on the wall we built together with the WayUp team's old primary school 🤓📚

Celebrated another awesome year with our @nlp_liga family - being a part of this community is really something so special 🛸

And of course we're climbing a bunch 💪🏻
This cool send is from @bolderscena_ljubljana

Took a small break 😉 from working on WayUp to compete in the European Championship final 🏎

If I had a dollar for every time this happened... 🤷🏼‍♂️

this one means a lot to me.

three weeks ago, i honestly wasn’t even sure i wanted to compete. my finger injury had gotten worse after the season. i chose to prioritize rest and time off before training season. the goal wasn’t to arrive here in the best shape, but simply to be able to climb without pain and gain experience.

and yet, i found something i’d been missing all season: confidence and freedom. that feeling of just being fully present on the wall.

so yes, of course i’m frustrated. i wish i’d been able to express myself fully, without my finger limiting what i could show, especially in the final.

but competition isn’t always defined by the result you leave with. sometimes, it simply shows you where you really are.

bravo et merci l’équipe !🥵

Chamonix thank you once again 🇫🇷🥰, being able to make the first cut again here meant a lot P18. It was really special to see my family cheering for me. 🥹

After a week’s break, we’re back in action. I’m really looking forward to working hard with the team.
