DAY 9️⃣ of our 3-mile walk! 👟🩷 Today looked a little different, but the mission stayed the SAME! I didn’t have any morning training clients today, so instead of making that 35-minute drive to Stony Point, Love Mila Brand Mila Mi stepped up and led the ladies for me. 🙌🏾 And guess what?! THEY STILL SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 While Jamila and the ladies were getting their 3 miles in at Stony Point Fashion Park, I was walking my neighborhood right along with them virtually… AND Roz joined us virtually from her neighborhood too! 📱👟🩷 Different neighborhoods. Different routes. SAME GOAL! 💪🏾 THAT is what teamwork and accountability look like. Everybody doesn’t have to be in the same place to stay committed to the same goal. 💯 Thank you, Jamila, for stepping up and keeping our ladies moving! And shoutout to Roz for locking in virtually with me! 🩷 Day 9 DONE. ✅ 3 miles DONE. ✅ No excuses. Just adjustments. 💪🏾 🚨 AND WE’RE DOING IT AGAIN TOMORROW! 🚨 If you’ve been watching us walk and saying, “I need to join them,” THIS IS YOUR SIGN! 👟🩷 Come walk with us tomorrow! You don’t have to wait for a Monday, a new month, or the “perfect” time to start. Just SHOW UP. We’ll take it one mile at a time together! 💪🏾 Who’s joining us for DAY 10?! 🙋🏾‍♀️🔥 Boss Lady Fitness 9200 Stony Point Pkwy suite 178 ⏰ 7:30am #BossLadyFitness #Day9 #3MileWalk #BossLadiesWalk #Teamwork Accountability Consistency WalkingChallenge

DAY 4️⃣‼️ 3 MILES DOWN 👟💨 At this point, it’s not about motivation… it’s about CONSISTENCY. 💯 Four days of showing up. Four days of putting one foot in front of the other. Four days of choosing to be just 1% better than yesterday. I’m not racing anybody else. ME vs. ME. 🩷🖤 Some days the pace may be faster. Some days it may be slower. But the goal stays the same: SHOW UP AND GET IT DONE. We’re locking in NOW, because I refuse to wait until January to start working on the version of me I want to see. 🎯 Day 4 complete. 3 miles at a time. 🚶🏾‍♀️🔥 Who’s joining me tomorrow morning?! 👀 Come walk with the Boss Ladies! 🩷 Boss Lady Fitness 9200 Stony Point Pkwy suite 178 Richmond, Va 23225 Stony Point Fashion Park #Day4 #3MileWalk #MeVsMe #ConsistencyOverMotivation #1PercentBetter BossLadyFitness WalkingForHealth LockIn RichmondFitness BossLadies
