THE TELLERS CHAIR | EP. 01
What’s in a Name?

One person. One story. Two minutes.

On a rainy day in New York, Jose took a seat and shared about his family name. We responded with poetry and music, improvised on the spot.

Huge thanks to @greenpointstoopfest for inviting us. And to @taesongkim for improvising on violin 🎻 ☔️ alongside @thezolab

Follow @tellerschair for the next episode.

On my birthday I got the special privilege to play a love letter dedicated to my incredible friends, the people who became home, and the love that once felt like home. It was the sweetest night of love I could’ve asked for that brought me to tears all night. (Link in bio 🥹 … of the set not the tears haha)

And the tears kept flowing when I got the kindest letter I have ever received in my life from my man crush @danielbonner 💕

Oh! And kutzic even made it out for the night!

Don’t let the smiles fool you. This dust will humble you. Dust to Dust till Dust…learned new lessons. The good the bad the ugly. Let it Burrrrrn Bb.

Seeing n assisting @r88d of @compost_playground complete her second install on Playa..chefs kiss.

From a drawing on a napkin to now hundreds of thousands of people interacting with it..too many special moments and spirits to count.

Most I’ll keep to self. Dug deep with some real ones.

Lost myself a few times but found myself whole again.

Blessings on blessings on blessings 💛💛💛

Fell in awe over & over again at yet another stunning & chaotic burn with my family! Wandering this unique place felt eerily similar to being lost emotionally at times, but we always found our ways home to ourselves & each other anyway.

The playa challenged us in more ways than I can count, reminding us that surrendering yields the most beautiful accidents in life… coming back to the default world so full of gratitude, joy & love 🥹

I can’t believe two years have come to a close. Only two more to go and I have so much gratitude for my classmates and future colleagues. 💗

I couldn’t be more proud to walk along side our dedicated teachers and students, as we study the future of psychotherapy through a modality called Core Energetics. CE, is a mind/body based therapeutic approach and the linking of these two parts of ourselves will become increasingly important in the years ahead.

Thank you @janasinyor & @angelaai for your fierce dedication to excellence and for pushing us even when we aren’t sure we can push ourselves. 💪🏽

Congratulations to the Year 4 graduates. You’ve been and continue to be the mentors I’ve only dreamed of.🫶

The moment I got to purchase MCR tickets 😂 The most stressful late morning in my LIFE. IN MY LIFE! One of the security questions was BUGGED and I got thrown back into the queue and omg ok nevermind WE’RE GOING TO SEE @mychemicalromance IN APRIL WOOOOO!!! It’s gonna hit so much different as an adult!!! I’m so excited to see them live again. There will be so much crying, I’m sorry to whoever stands next to @ryanleebs and me! Thank you @taesongkim for the moral support.

Still glowing from a magical weekend of #camping with the most wonderful friends. From building a #sauna on the beach to #dancing under the stars, flowing through #yoga, and soaking in both sunshine and rain—every moment felt like a celebration of presence, joy, and #connection. Grateful for the friendships we deepened, the laughter we shared, and the memories we created. 🌞🌧🔥🧘‍♀️💃💛

How interesting how much of our mood and even outlook on life is dependent on the proximity, visibility, light and energy emitted from a burning, ball of gas millions of miles away we call the sun.

Then you stack its ideal distance, time in the sky, unobstructed visibility of it, zero humidity, good food and company, and what more do you need out of life?! Pshhhh.

Lol in all seriousness these perfect weather days this time of year feel so fleeting! Before we know it it’ll be very hot and humid, so count me in for any days outside/ meals outside/ bars and restaurants with outdoor seating!
