I am overwhelmed with gratitude 😭🤍

Coming to El Paso scared the fuck out of me for many reasons, and the biggest one was not finding my people, my tribe, my team. I walked into Sam's class for the first time blind, hesitant and extremely worried, but inside I found connection. Far more than expected. Even though I was terrified when it was time for a NT bootcamp, because I knew NO ONE, I still gave it my all. Im so glad I did because 20+ men and women said yes to a strangers passion for bringing life back into their lives.

Today's farewell event for me was incredible and so very emotional. I didnt think leaving this city would hurt, but it does. Through tears, anger, happiness, sadness, exhaustion and determination, I built a new community who is now on their own.

Every person I've became close with, dance alongside with, trained, mentored...we've became so much more. We became family and I cannot thank you all enough for trusting me. I came to El Paso determined to be the best version of myself, for you all.

Not everyone was able to attend and some left early before the photos, but for so many of you, today was the last day to see each you. Thank you for making this event, one to remember 🫶 For the rest of you, we have 2 more weeks together, so stay tuned!

The life I live isn't easy....there are far too many goodbyes that come too soon. Its hard to find friends and keep them because we move place to place, across the country and even sometimes across the world. Of all the places I've been, El Paso holds a special place in my heart because of special people. This isnt goodbye, this is see you later. I'll 100% see you all again 🫶

@kween_unicorn94 Im speechless 😭 Before I give you your flowers, give me a moment collect myself before I break again.

My heart is very full!!
I love you guys!!

Nevermind Hot Yoga...how about Hot MixxedFit!! The heat was unfortunately cranked up, but we all pulled through and did the damn thing!

Tonight’s heated class was EVERYTHING.

Smiles.
Sweat.
Pure energy.

And the best part?
My daughter ended class by handing out a drawing she made of each student… with one message:

“Love all colors of skin.” 🥹

If that’s not what this community is about, I don’t know what is.

Strong bodies.
Open hearts.
All colors. All welcome. Always.

That right there is the energy we move with and the space we create ❤️

Today marks the day for THE countdown.
For the next 6 weeks… I’m bringing the best of what we've had here and then...my chapter here in TX closes.

If you’ve ever said “I need to catch one of your classes” — this is your moment.

No more later. No more someday.
That later and someday will be gone before you know it.

Pull up. Sweat hard. Make memories.
