Anyone else feel this way? 🫧

My Sunday consisted of hitting chest and arms, pizza, and being scammed by my lovely gay sister @taetyn.ink

My back and biceps day is easily one of my favorites. My current workout includes:

* Neutral-grip pull-ups: 4 × 4
* Chest-supported rows: 10 × 3
* Neutral-grip lat pulldowns: 8 × 3
* EZ-bar curls: 12 × 3
* Cable hammer curls: 9 × 3

Nothing overly complicated. Just a few movements I genuinely enjoy that train my back from different positions. I train it twice a week 🩶

For both hip thrusts and SLDLs, the heaviest I’ve gone is 30 lbs loaded on each side, and I’ve made some serious progress with it.

I started with just 10 lbs on each side, and even that weight was challenging when I used proper technique. That’s the point: start light and perfect the movement. Your technique is your foundation.

I see so many people immediately put a 45-lb plate on each side, thinking one plate is the starting point. It’s not.

More weight doesn’t automatically mean more growth. If your pelvis stays untucked and you’re isolating your hips instead of moving your torso and pelvis together with control, adding another plate probably isn’t the answer.

Choose a weight you can control. Keep your pelvis tucked, pause and squeeze at the top, and progress when your technique is ready. Don’t do it because you feel like the weight needs to look impressive or because you need to lift what others are lifting. You’re stronger than you think, but that doesn’t mean you can effectively handle more weight. It means that you can handle the psychological component of near perfect technique 🤎💫 #gymmotıvatıon #gymgirls #glutegains #gymrat You’ve got this ✨

Have we calmed down from the teaser yet?! Do we even need to?!
➲ Once the dust settled from our Valentine’s Day surprise, a lot of us had a lot of questions, both surrounding the story itself and the filming process in general and it seems StrangerThingsFilming had some answers, at least as far as the latter is concerned. Kudos to the production crew for getting in and out of Lithuania practically undetected, despite all the reports that came out ahead of time. I’m sure such an undertaking was meticulously planned and I’m super happy it worked out in the end.
➲ And hey! The teaser has brought the show back into the top spot on Parrot’s most in demand list! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
➲ Millie and Noah were both over in Europe and had appearances scheduled for People’s Con in Paris. Noah made it without any problems and seemed to have a great time both in the City of Light and at the convention. Millie, unfortunately, got stuck in England due to a storm and had to reschedule her appearance. She will be there later this week and anyone who had tickets to see her can check out People’s Con for all the information.
➲ Speaking of Noah, The Hollywood Reporter published a recent interview they did with him where he talks about S4 and some character insights he has into Will. I know we’ve heard from him a lot, but he’s actually been out and about promoting ‘Waiting for Anya’ and it’s always worth hearing how excited the cast is to reunite with “family”.
➲ Sadie was also in Paris, though, I don’t know what for. She posted some cute stories with her little sister.
➲ As we (and some of the crew) say goodbye to foreign lands and turn our attention to the states, it’s not hard to notice that things feel a little different this time around, a little more guarded - which isn’t a bad thing! Your patience on any news and information that is collected, by any of update accounts, is going to be greatly appreciated in the months to come :)
